Our contract with you as an Individual customer:
Your order will be accepted by us when we email you to confirm receipt at which point this will constitute a “contract” between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you on the details you have provided us with. We will not charge you for the order at this point if it not accepted. Non acceptance of an order may be due to insufficient stock, lack of resource issues beyond our control or due to pricing or description discrepancies. You will be assigned an order number which we recommend you use should you ever wish to contact us about your order.
The products:
The products may vary slightly from those depicted on the site which are for illustration purposes only.
Due to the nature of the natural ingredients we use there may be fluctuations in colour, texture and consistency of the product from time to time. Please be assured that every batch of product undergoes the same vigorous testing from start to finish and these variations are purely cosmetic and will not affect the efficacy of the finished product.
Packaging may vary from time to time as we make changes and different devices may display colours with some degree of variation. This in no way alters the contents of the packaging.
Delivery of the goods to you:
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and UK recognised bank holidays plus orders after 2pm on a Friday will be processed on the next working day. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control but will contact you in the event of any delay and will reschedule delivery to you as soon as possible.
Delivery charges will apply for all orders under £100 and will be calculated and added at checkout.
Changes to your order:
We aim to be as accommodating as possible so should you wish to make any amendments to your order then please contact us in writing as soon as possible. For obvious reasons changes received after we have despatched your order will not be possible.
If we need to make changes to your order for any reason, we will contact you on the details you have provided on the order.
